1. Advertisers

1. As an advertiser you agree that the details and description that you are advertising are true.
   
   
2. As an advertiser you agree that any personal details you include in your advertisement are provided at your own risk.
   
   
3. As an advertiser you agree that you have the right to offer the property that you are advertising for sale or for rent - that you are the owner or legally appointed agent.
   
   
4. As an advertiser, you retain all of the ownership rights in your adverts. However, by posting content to any public area of the service, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to arunachala-property.com, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorise sublicenses of the foregoing to arunachala-property.com's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the arunachala-property.com Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
   
   You also hereby grant each user of the arunachala-property.com Website a non-exclusive license to access your adverts through the Website, and to use, reproduce and display such adverts as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. 5. All advertisements are checked by an editor before being displayed on the Website. You agree to allow the editor to change the content of the advertisement should the editor find any content that they deem to be unsuitable.

The owner/administrator of arunachala-property.com does not endorse any advert or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and arunachala-property.com expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. arunachala-property.com does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and arunachala-property.com will remove any advert if properly notified that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. arunachala-property.com reserves the right to remove Content and without prior notice. Further, the owner/administrator of arunachala-property.com retains the right to remove any complete and associated advertisements, which in our sole judgement violate this Agreement.
   
   
7. Advertisers are not permitted to ask for money in advance under any circumstances or to request money for any other purpose. Any advertiser who breaks this rule will have their adverts removed and will be permanently banned from advertising on this site. There are no exceptions to this rule!
   
   
8. The owner/administrator of arunachala-property.com retains the right to change, modify, discard or add any and all conditions of use, which in our sole judgement are beneficial to the smooth working of this website.

2. Visitors

1. arunachala-property.com is not responsible for the content and accuracy of any of the advertisements on the website. However, we will do our utmost to ensure that inaccurate advertisments do not appear.
