- As an advertiser you agree that the details and description that you are
advertising are true.

your advertisement are provided at your own risk.

that you are advertising for sale or for rent - that you are the owner or
legally appointed agent.
- All advertisements are checked by an editor before being displayed on
the Website. You agree to allow the editor to change the content of the advertisement
should the editor find any content that they deem to be unsuitable.
- The owner/administrator of arunachala-property.com retains the right to
remove any advertisement, which in our sole judgement violates this Agreement.
- By posting content to any public area of the service, you automatically
grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to
arunachala-property.com, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully
paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such

- Advertisers are not permitted to ask for money in
advance under any circumstances or to request money for any other purpose.
Any advertiser who breaks this rule will have their adverts removed and
will be permanently banned from advertising on this site. There are no
exceptions to this rule!
2. Visitors
- Arunachala-property.com is not responsible for the content and accuracy
of any of the advertisements on the website.
However, we will do our utmost to ensure that inaccurate advertisments do not
appear.
