us before they are made available to the public. We reserve the right to
refuse and delete any advert that we consider to be inaccurate or inappropriate
for our site.
You must complete all of the boxes marked with an asterisk '*'.
An error message will appear if you do not complete the information and
you will not be able upload your advert.
*Select the type of property you have to rent from the drop-down menu - house,
flat, room, hotel or guesthouse, etc.
The name of your property (where applicable)
*The first line of the street address - i.e. 44

The second line of the street address (if there is one)
The third line of the street address (if there is one)
*The name of the village, town or city in which your property
is located
*The County in which your property is located
*Your postcode - i.e. YO16 4PP ... remember
to put the space between the codes
*Description - you should
describe your property in good English. The description should
contain any additional information that you think people will be interested
in.
*The floor level of your property
- ground floor, first floor, second floor, etc.
*The total number of rooms
*The number of bedrooms
*The Rent you want for your accommodation
You can change your advert at any time, so if you change the price then make
sure that it is the same in the advert.
Money amounts must be inserted in the correct format - the code
on this site looks for that and will bring up an error message if your format
is wrong ... the format is clearly shown on every page that requires it.
*The rental period for the price you are asking - i.e.
per day, per week, per month
*Your email address for people to contact you - this can be different from your registration email address
Your telephone numbers - these are not
compulsory
*The type of furniture you are providing (if any)
- i.e. unfurnished
*The kitchen type - if any
You can insert up to six photographs with short captions.

are - Owner or Agent
*Select the type of property you have for sale - Semi-detached House,

is measured in square feet and the size you enter should be the amount
of land the building occupies ... not the total area of the land accompanying
the building/s - this is entered in the next box.
*Complete property size (all of the land) - Enter the total size of the land accompanying the building/s in cents.
Example: The ground
floor of your house measures 1,200 square feet but the total land area
is 1.5 acres - you should enter 1,200 for the area of
one floor of your building and 150 (cents) for the complete property
size.
*The total number of rooms in your primary building
*The number of bedrooms in your primary building
*The number of bathrooms in your primary building
Please describe any

*The price of your property
You can change your advert at any time, so if you change the price then make

Housing Plot or Land for Sale only
*The size of your Housing Plot - Enter
the size of your plot in square feet.
*The price of your Housing Plot - you must enter the
full price

- this
is measured in acres (example: two acres and
seventy five cents is entered as 2.75 and seventy cents is entered as 0.70)
*The price of your Land - you can enter numbers and text - i.e. 3000 per acre

You can edit your adverts after LOGIN by selecting
edit/delete
your accommodation advert or edit/delete
your property advert.
This will open a page listing every advert that you have placed with us.
To the right of each advert are four choices

Edit
- selecting this opens the edit advert page and loads all of the information
you entered previously - you can change any of the information and then
select 'update advert'
to upload it.
You must complete all of the boxes marked with an asterisk '*'.
Delete
-
selecting this permanently removes your advert from our site.
Renew
- selecting this requests us to renew your advert when it is due to expire.
Do not select this until you receive an email informing you that your advert
is due to expire
- this will happen after 170 days for accommodation adverts or 50 days
for property for sale adverts.
Show Details
- this simply opens a page showing your advert ... you cannot edit this
page
You can edit your registration details after LOGIN by selecting Edit
your Registration details.
This opens the edit registration page and loads all of the details you
entered previously. You can change any of the information and then select
'update' to upload the changes - if you change the registered email address
you are required to confirm it again by clicking on a link in an email
that is sent to the new address.
You cannot
delete your Registration details, only we can do that. If you want to be
permanently removed from our website
then please contact us and we will disable your registration. You will
not be permitted to re-register or place adverts if you do this.
